Vaporetto films is a production company created by Anouk Witkowska Hiffler and Tomás Felicio Oliveira in 2022.
With its young and dynamic view of the world, it champions Uk and international filmmakers by providing production and distribution services. With its two branches, drama and comedy, it is looking to tell unique stories and not so unique stories.
Its main goal: bring people to films and films to people.

“It all started on a little vaporetto between the Lido island and mainland Venice. It was late at night and we were returning from a party at the Venice Film Festival. A little bit tipsy and rocked by the movement of the waves, an idea emerged. ‘What if we created a badass production company?!’ screamed Tomàs. ‘Abso-fucking-lutely’ replied Anouk with stars in her eyes. And so, a few camparis and discussions later, the adventure started…”
